12 Nights of Chocolate – 2019

12 NIGHTS OF CHOCOLATE – 2019

We’re excited to announce our seventh annual 12 Nights of Chocolate. Each year, we invites up and coming and well known chefs from the Bay Area and beyond to take over the chocolate factory and share their culinary creations for charity. Since the first year we’ve laid down only one rule: use Dandelion chocolate in any application on the plate. That’s it.

This year, we’ll be hosting all of the nights in a beautiful loft with city views on the second floor above our chocolate factory on 16th and Alabama Street. Our Movie Night, Stella Parks demo and Bakery, BBQ & Booze events will take place in our factory.

All proceeds go to benefit the SF-Marin Food Bank. Donation bins will be located at both our café on Valencia Street as well as the Alabama location for the duration of the series. Please stop by to drop off cans and non-perishable food anytime during this holiday series, and if you purchase tickets, bring a can or two!

Kicking off the series, three Saison alumni (and good friends) reunite to share their deep appreciation for the coastal Californian terroir. The chefs’ complimentary cooking styles will be reflected on the evening’s menu celebrating Dandelion Chocolate and the region’s natural bounty.
