1. When will my online order arrive?

   Barring all post office snafus, online orders will arrive within 5 business days. However, during the hot summer months our shipping procedures are different. We only ship orders on Monday through Wednesday, so it could take up to 8 business days for your order to arrive.

2. What is the timeline for wholesale orders?

   You can expect to receive your chocolate order within 10 days. In the summer, our shipping procedure is a bit different, so you should allow for up to 14 business days to receive your order.

3. What shipping service does Dandelion Chocolate use?

   We ship domestically using USPS, and internationally using DHL.

4. Does Dandelion Chocolate ship internationally?

   Yes, we do!

5. Won’t my chocolate melt during the hot summer months?

   During the summer we’ll pack your order with icepacks in a temperature controlled tote and freeze the package overnight. We only ship orders Monday thru Wednesday to keep them from sitting at the post office. Unfortunately, we still can’t guarantee that your chocolate order will arrive intact. We are always happy to hold the order until the weather cools.

6. What if I want to expedite my shipping?

   At the moment we don’t offer expedited shipping on our website. However, if you’d like to expedite your order you can send us an email and we can try to make it happen!

7. Does Dandelion Chocolate have a return or refund policy?

   If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order then we hope you’ll be in touch. Please contact us at orders@dandelionchocolate.com and we’ll make it right.
